Samsung has brought a new home demo services for its customers, under which any customer will be able to ask for Samsung's new phone or table's home delivery. Customers can purchase demo as well as can buy them. For this, they have to register online.

South Korean company Samsung has launched a new service for its Indian customers. It's called the Samsung Experience at Home (Experience Samsung at home). Under this service, the customers are given the privilege to experience and buy Samsung Galaxy devices, such as smartphones, tablets, and wearables, right from the comfort of their home. Through the service, the customer has an option to first book a home demo of any of their desired Samsung product online and will also be able to purchase it online. The product will be directly delivered to their home from the nearest Samsung exclusive outlet. The company said that at present, this service is being started around 900 Samsung exclusive retail outlets. It will be extended further in the upcoming months.
Such new products can be purchased from home.
Customers who want to try out the new Samsung devices can book online appointments for the home demo. For this, they have to click here and go to the company's portal. Here they have to provide their contact details, such as their name and mobile number. after entering the mobile number an OTP will come on the mobile number provided which will have to be filled for verification. After this, you have to select the nearest Samsung store by typing your email id and home address. After successful registration, your details will be sent to the Samsung store, who will contact you within 24 hours. Samsung Advisor will bring the device to your home demo on time.
Samsung India Senior Vice President, Mohandeep Singh said, "We have taken many measures to ensure the safety of customers as social distancing is necessary to fight this epidemic. Through this new service, customers will be able to view and buy products online. At the same time, they will get offline delivery from the nearest Samsung exclusive store".
